I just recently moved to Michigan from Tennessee and just moved into a mobile home park and when I tried to get service turned on Consumers Energy is refusing me service because the last 3 tenants has left unpaid bills. I have never had service with Consumers Energy in the past how can they discriminate me because of people that I don't even know that lived there previously?
