Convergent tryting to collect on a bill that was charged of yrs ago huston Texas

 in aug 2011 I was in need of a car a my credt was poor due to my health so i went to joe cooper after seeing there add for 99 cents down good or bad cedit acceipted. 

I purchased a 2005 ford turus with 106187 miles on it.  ( $10693.00 and $3711.82 in intrest with 77 bi weekly payments of 186.00 ) Blue book value then was 5400.00 In top condution

they failed to tell me the car had been wrecked and sold several times scence it orignal purchase.

first day on way home breaks strated making noise aand transmission started sliping took the car back tey said they would have it fixed so they made an appointment to have it fixed took two weeks to get it looked at and another week for it to get into the repair center ( a muffler  repaair shop anad service station) said it need a new transmission and  wouldf have to have the car for a week.

went back to sales manager and ask for a car to use in the meaan time and was told they could do that for insurence purposes i was responsable to make arrenagements. so I had to Borrow the rental money from a friend untial i got the car back. went ot pick up the car and was informed that it would be another for or five days.

I went to them and asked if the couild lower my payment after all ready making $,11160.00 in payments  and thay refused after i explained that i was unable to keep my part time job due to my health. so i turned the car back over to them.

after they sold  the car at auction i just rececived pappers today that there sueing me for $3,587.45 plus 20% interest  from jan. 2014.
