Credit One Bank Credit One Internet

 I received a check from credit One Bank, a credit increase, or you could deposit the check into your bank account. I never saw where it stated it was considered a cash advance, just a increase. I really did not want an increase for use, because I plan to get rid of this card. Interest rates are too high. But, I deposit the check into my bank account. Two later I pay my regular payment of 81.00 plus the 250.00 , which was the amount of the check. My next statement comes and I see 20.00 charge for cash advance and 4.32 for cash advance interest for two days. The next month my bill comes and I see cash advance interest is still being charged for the amount that I paid back in total. They have me still owing that amount. I call them and they refuse to fix it and give me all this customer service scripted conversation ,with no resolution. I will be filing a complaint with consumers affairs and California's
