Credit One Bank Misrepresented rates, charged up front fees without saying or stating anywhere, SCAM SWITCH AND BAIT Internet

I received a Credit Card Offer in the Mail stating pre-aproval for a 0% APR card with no fees. I received the card and activated over the phone. First month I used the card to make some small purchases and having spent about $250.00 (only half of my balance) was contacted less than two weeks later and told that my account was over balance. A $75.00 upfront fee had been charged to the account which I don't recall seeing anywhere, even their fine print. I logged on to the website and sent $150.00. After 2 weeks they call me back telling me that I owe them money for being over balance. I explained that I had made a payment of $150.00, man only said that it had been rejected. What? I have plenty of money in that account. Late fees where charged again. Keep in mind I had not yet received a statement, in fact, to this day I only have collections letters and NO STATEMENTS! I tried calling someone in the U.S. and could only reach people in India or the Philippines that barely spoke any English. When I asked to speak to someone Stateside the operators would connect me with the guy next to them in the call center.  When I called again I explained the problem and wanted to resolve the issue. I asked repeatedly (amongst a lot of what's and uh's) to find out why they were not taking my money when I paid it. Again I was told because there were no funds. I checked with my bank and they have not received any rejected payment attempts. My account at the bank is in good standing and has funds available. I called again. Now they are telling me I have to pay $447.81 for $250.00 in purchases! This time the man says that I did not put my account number in correctly and that is why the payments where being rejected. No one at any time told me this on the 10 previous calls. I am very meticulous when entering account information anywhere especially in forms for payment and for 30 years I have successfully filled out countless instruments of payments without entering the information correctly. I went online to check (while on the phone) and my account had been suspended and access was denied. So now I find out that my 0% APR has a 24% interest rate ON TOP of the $75.00 unmentioned fee. These guys are a SCAM in broad daylight and it is a sad reflection on our society that we let these predators behave this way with impunity. I looked into it and this so called BANK does not have a physical address only P.O. boxes, phone numbers that only take you to a call center in India. THIS IS A SCAM - I am already talking to my attorney about a class action, there are too many people on here that have lodged similar complaints.
