To Whom this may concern,
My name is MIca Victorian-Holland I have been a member of Credit One Bank for a little over a year. Recently my credit card as restricted and since i have been denied credit by the company because of bank verifications that they are requesting to prove i own the accounts that i paid my bill with them with. My account with Credit One Bank is 0 and I have faxed them numerous times verification letters from the different banks I bank with and have checking accounts. Credit One Bank denied recieving the faxes sent from other finacial institutions and accused them of screen shooting pertinent information they requested to verify payments maade to them.
Credit One bank then requested a phone conference with each of the banks and had a phone conference with two lcations Family Postal Credit Union and First National bank who were able to approve that I own the accounts. The Next day Credit One Bank Rose in Corporate office Las Vegas, Nevada says that the conference call as meaningless and can't be used verify the account is mine. Credit One Bank uses tactics against poor people to get them to give the infomation that is both against the law and overly aggressive to establish payments made to pay off credit with them. If you don't keep a balance on your card so that they can make interest off your account they deny you credit in everyay possible. All Banks that I tried to get validations letter sent from was unfamiliar with the tactics used against paying customers. If there is anyone out there that can help me keep my credit card please help. It's hard enough to get approved for a card then have your credit ripped away from you without cause.
My name is Mica-Victorian Holland victorian_mica1975@yahoo.com Wichita Falls Texas resident.

Get another credit card and then close this account out.
Oh wait, you are with them because you are a Sub-Prime borrower who hasn't been able to prove that you can handle credit, and no other creditor will touch you with a 10-foot pole.
The fact is that a credit card is under no obligation to continue to allow you to use your credit line. Just like a creditor can increase your credit line, they can reduce it or even close your account. They do not even need a reason to do this. Oh and before you even say it...yes you did agree to this when you opened the account.
For what ever reason, they consider the way you pay your account as suspicious. You have indicated you have paid them using multiple accounts. Most people have a single account, you may get a few people that have 2-3 accounts. From your report you have at least 2 accounts, but probably more. But even if they have multiple accounts most payments are always made from only 1 or perhaps 2. For people with what your credit history is, this is very odd and the bank probably has a right to be suspicious. Especially since you have had this account for only a year.
But then we get into more typical sub-prime borrower speak. As the worse a person is with credit, the more of a legal expert they become. As contrary to what you think, it is NOT against the law.
Out of curiosity, just how many accounts do you have, and how many accounts have you paid them from?
