I paid my account off in Febuary 9th and had a 0 balance. I get the statment and CO charged me 8.25 for monthly fee. Yesterday I wanted to pay this membership off and they would not allow me to. SO today I get a email that my account was charged for 8.25 for next month and a 1.46 Interrest for next month. How can they charge me fees for the future. plus I am not allowed to pay off. I have cancled my card and have paid ahaed.
Then last year in August Co changed the FICO scores to what they called new system. For several years Credit one was reporting a credit agency was were they were getting ther information. The were getting so called false information and putting it into you file monthly and was 100 Pts lower than true score form that agency.
Credit one is a so called rip off bank and every one needs to beware of there bending the laws to profitt.

With all the safe guards out there Creidt One has the min to offer. I was hacked to a point CO sent a card to a new address in my name and Co never looked into this matter of new address. So they sent me a new card to a address in Pompano Beach Fl which when you Goggle the address and look up names you only see a Hair Salon in a residental area which is a no no in Broward Cty at that address. Look into it more and it appears there is a card stole ring there and the police or Co wants to do anything about it. i call CO to CRIMINAL ONE.
