Credit One Bank They Give You Credit Then Don't Approve It When You Attempt To Use It Las Vegas Nevada

I have not used this card in a few months due to the poor customer service I had received with it in the past. On Thursday November 19, 2015, I had an opportunity that I felt on needed to take advantage of and decided that I would use the Credit One Visa Card since I should have ample credit available to meet the $300.00 that this opportunity was going to cost me.  

I attemped to use the card for the purchase and the purchase was declined.  I attempted to make the purchase again, and again the purchase was declined.  I proceeded to contact Credit One Customer Service and was advised that due to the purchase being made in London, England that they would have to put some special authorization on my account for security reasons and that this would take 24 to 48 hours.  I questioned the time frame, because I have made other overseas purchases with other financial institutions and it's normally done in 10 to 30 minutes.  I was told that the request was issued and it would be handled.  This was at 15:30 (EST) November 19, 2015. han 

I attempted the transaction again on Friday November 20, 2015 at 19:35 (EST) and again it was declined. I understood that this was a little more than the 24 hour window, but I thought maybe they could have entered the info.  I proceeded to call Credit One Customer Service at 19:43(EST) and was told that the approval for the purchase would be available in the morning (Saturday Morning).

On Saturday morning November 21, 2015 at 10:35(EST), I again attempted to make the purchase.  Again, The purchase was denied.  I proceeded to call Credit One Customer Service, again at 10:41(EST).  This time I was advised that the request was deleted out of the system and that another request would be entered.  I requested to speak with a manager and was told that there are "No Managers Available", "We have entered the request and it will be 24-48 hours before it's processed"  At this point, I'm past being nice.  I explained to the young lady that, the request for me to use the credit I have available, that they are now dragging out for up to 96 hours is rediculous.

I explained to her, that my bill has always been paid on time and always more than the required amount ever since I've had this card and I could not understand this total process.  The Representative, preceeded to tell me that it was for "my best interest".  I said, "My Best interest?, I can manage my best interest.  As long as I have available credit, and I meet the credit card requirements including paying the bill on time, that is managing my best interest with Credit One"  She proceeded to inform me that she was noting my account of that information, and the request was still going to take another 24-48 hours,

On Saturday evening November 21, 2015 at 20:25(EST), I again attempted to make the purchase, based on the first 48 hour window now being passed, and that maybe the Customer Service Rep. this morning errored that the request was deleted. No such luck.  Purchase declined.
