1) no email to reach them.

2) when you call them you reach an India call center.

3) the people who answer are young idiot people that do not respond properly to your questions - they obviously do not understand English.

4) I spoke to 6 different people - they were all like this - not answering my direct question with a direct answer.

5) When they are tired of your calls they ask you to fax your request to a 702 Nevada fax number - they never receive the fax so  you just wasted your time.

6) Using this credit card was fine until I had a dispute with a merchant from China that sent me crap and I wanted a refund.

7) This credit card will not help you get a refund.  They will jerk you around for days / weeks / months - total waste of time.

8) As soon as  you post a ripoff report review an idiot named Perry Mason thinks you were in collections.  I was not in collects.

9) I own my own company and I process credit cards for my customers every day.  I've never seen such poor customer service as I have received from Credit One.  They don't care!!!

10) Do not start up with this company.  Run - you will be glad you did.

Hey Perry,

Go get at real job loser.  I'm reporting your scam Credit One Bank to the Nevada Attorney General due to your fake business front - a PO Box.

I'm reporting your company to the Consumer protection agency in Washington, DC.   I hope they shut you down for starting a business and using false information to conduct business in the United States.

Well perhaps not.

As instead of figuring out how to update your orignal post you had to create a new one.  Not only that but your primary basis for calling them a scam is that they don't have a physical address, only PO boxes. Well Einstein it took me about 30 seconds to find their Corporate Headquarters in Las Vegas.

585 E Pilot Road
Las Vegas, Nv 89119

They are a "Sub-Prime" credit card for people who have not proven they can handle credit. They are not the worst of the worst, but if you are with them it is because no regular bank would approve you.  So don't come here and say you have excellent credit and could get any credit card you want. Because people who know this bank know that would be just a bunch of BS, unless you just happen to like paying higher interest rates and fees for the fun of it.

Now, onto the rest of your complaint.

Even though many people would love to have such a law, there is no law that says a company can't outsource or needs to specifically disclose that they do outsource beyond any required government filings.  If you have proof that they are lying about that I am sure the SEC or IRS would live to hear about it.  I also can't think of a single Credit Card that doesn't have PO boxes it uses for corrospondence.

You do have the right to dispute a charge through the Fair Credit Billing Act, but it must meet certain conditions.  Since you are trying to dispute the "Quality" you must meet certain conditions. In addition to the time constraint  of filing the dispute within 60 days, the amount must be over $50, you must have made a good faith effort to resolve the issue with the merchant, and the merchant must be over 100 miles away. So far you have shown you have 1 of those 4 things.

You may also have additional rights that are stated in your State's Laws or the Terms and Conditions of the card.

So you are more than welcome to report them. But here is what is going to happen. The agency will send you a very nice form letter that says they received your complaint.  They will also in a round about way say that while your complaint is important they will not be taking any action but will keep it on file. They
will also probably suggest you talk to an attorney. Why? Because nothing you have posted here shows they have done anything illegal...bad customer service..perhaps Illegal..NO.
