Credit One Bank is by far the worst company to do business with. They are by far low life criminials and rip off artists. First of all when you call 877-825-3242 your call goes to India where you get some piece of s**t who does not understand a word you are saying. Second, my account shows that I have $33.00 available credit, and $33.00 available for cash. But the a*****e in India is telling me that because I only made a partial payment for the month of November that my charging rights have been suspended. No where on my account does it say that I'm not allowed to charge. I looked in the entire terms of service and no where does it say that. The agent then told me to use common sense. I then told her to close my account ASAP. I then told her that I will be paying $10.00 a month and there is not a dam thing they can do about it because my only two incomes are social security disability and my pension which by law they can not attach.

So because of the actions of Credit One Bank they are the ones who will be getting screwed. So now I have one less piece of crap credit card to carry around.

Don't fall into the same trap. Stay away from Credi One Bank. They are outlaws. They need toi be stopped.
