Derma Genetix Fake trial period is $12, then they auto send you every month and Bill you $90!! Total ripoff, fake trail period! St.Petersburg Internet and florida

 Their website advertising which was pushed to my phone, stated "Free Trial", not mention of the $12.50 minimum for each item you were going to trial. Also, when the page asked if I wanted an additional item to trial, it never provided any disclosure that it was going to chage additional shipping, it just went and charged both items and shipping. I attempted to return the unopened box and they say they have to evaluate each item when it comes back si $12.50. They do not have any paperwork or disclosure on website when ordering Free Trial the cost retail of the product $9x.00 dollars per item. Upon calling and asking the free trial actuall puts you on auto ship.. So if you do not call and cancel you will get another shipment in about 30 days. If you cancel and want to keep the used product since they chjarge so much they will sell it to you for a discount............ the printed instructions for use of the skin care in not possible to be read with glasses. I have to go to a large magnifying glass to read contents ... this is not compliant with ability to know if I am allergic to contents or not. 1) I should have been able to return the box unopened for no additional charge 2) I should be able to read the label to know if its realtively safe to use or not for my skin RECOMENDATION, dont even try the product, its not a FREE TRIAL, but rather a trail period where you dont yet get charged, if you do nothing, you are on auto ship at ninety plus dollars per item per month.
