Derma Genetix AGAYA FACE CREAM I ordered a free sample of the face cream and paid the shipping and handling charges of $4.97. They sent the face cream but also sent a sample of Eye serum and charge me $2.99 and an additional shipping and handling of $4.95. I went ahead and kept the eye serum since it did not cost much. Now less than 3 weeks later I am seeing charges to my bank account from this same company as well as other charges showing AGAYA face cream which I assume is associated with this company. These are unauthorized charges which I am disputing. I did not agree to purchase more product after purchasing the trial product. This company is a rip off. I thought they were legit because of the media coverage given through Shark Tank.

Shark Tank is associated with this company and is used in the advertisement of their product.  They are sending their so called free samples out and adding product to it for additional charges whether you order the additional product or not.  After less than 3 weeks they come back into your bank account assessing charges for products not ordered and not authorized. They are a rip off as well as Shark Tank.
