Derma Genetix,  I was charged over $94 out of my checking account without my approval or consent. Number listed for me to contact company says to leave number to call , no answer. When I went on their web site the man on other end said he was an answering company and took my name and number for call back Stansbury Park Utah

Dear Sirs,

The company that makes Derma Genetix has wrongly taked over $94 out of my checking account.  I never gave them permission or had been notified at any time this would take place.

When I contacted the number that was on my checking account, they would answer with a recording saying they were busy and to leave my name and number for them to call back.  It has been 5 days and still no call back.  I contacted their number on the website today and the man anwering said he was with a answer service.  He took my name and number and said to except a callback.

I am exaperated at this.  Please help me.
