I sent these people a check, as they required, for payment in full of a hot tub back in March, 2011. In August, I still had not heard from them about delivery. THey sent a couple of e-mails, promising it was ready for shipment in a few weeks.
By September, I tried calling the sales person who I dealt with on the phone. I was passed off on to customer service, who's number was CONSTANTLY BUSY! Out of desperation, I got in touch with the Golden Gate BBB to help. THey immediately acted on it, advising me if I was contacted and the problem was resolved, to call their dispute resolution specialist. No call, no communication.
I'm asking for my money back, but it looks like litigation is the only recourse. Let's get this bum out of business!! THe owner is Steve Barbarich. Scum!

and they have a warning posted on their site.....
"This company continues to display the BBB torch in an unauthorized manner on their Twitter account despite BBB's demand to stop. This company is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau and misuse of the company trademark constitutes trademark infringement and is in violation of trademark rights of the Council of Better Business Bureaus, Inc."
Looks like they're pretty much a sleazy, scofflaw company out to Ripoff whoever they can.
