He told me repeatedly that the consumer Service dept handles the delivery. That dept never picks up. It is either busy or goes to voice mail. Even the Chat line is frustrating. When they sense the urgency in your chat, they send you Jeff and Marianne email And telephone numbers. The emails don't get answered and the voice mails get no where as well. Soon After I investigated with bbb in Oakland and they gave them an f rating. Why this company continues to Operate and is allowed to operate is beyond me. My deadline hasn't gotten here but I am starting with the Complaint process.
