On September 8, 2010, I ordered a Twilight 7 person hot tub online back and paid in full $5,775.00 via money order. I was promised delivery within two weeks, which turned into six more weeks, months and now it's been fourteen months. I originally dealt with Semeer and he said they switched their shipping company. Then I spoke to Angela, and she informed my that the Twilight was on back order, and that some customers had to wait six to eight months for delivery.

Back on December 2, 2010, I filed a complaint #57183411 with BBB Of Golden Gate & Northern California. They followed up with me in May and stated Direct to Home Appliances promised a June ship date on the Twilight. I told BBB that I was not satisified with their findings, and asked BBB to seek a full refund. It has been six months, and No Word from Direct to Home Appliances or BBB.

I live in Dallas TX area, and really can't afford to hire an attorney to work the case across state lines. So I guess I'm just out my $5,775.00 of hard earned money! This company needs to be stopped. They are committing Internet Fraud and getting away with it.
