directexpress TAKEING MONEY FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR PREMISSION san antonio Texas

I'm on disability and my check gets deposited onto a card from Direct Express.  I have contacted them over 7 times concerned about transactions that i had on my statement i receive every month.  well it should but i have to call every month and order one. Any how they have changed my statements removeing transactions and dates they have been so rude and not helpful at all and at times left me in tears. ive asked them to remove a amount on my account and i have to go thru hell and still am waiting for them to do this.  Why its on my account i do not know????  Credits are being made, and they are assuming without investigating the situation the one amount is credit for a whole different credit given for another transaction i made. 

2 different transactions.  I did file a complaint and they stated it was closed because they credited my account on 1/5/15.  That credit was for a transaction i placed before christmas and did not pick up at the store.  So walmart sent it back and it was credited to my account. ( I dont know when a credit is made to my account or a transaction) They do whatever they want with my account and i need my money.  I made a complaint in feb around the 24 or so so if they were not so stupid they would of confirmed that by the dates.  they credit my account before i complain and they close my complaint the amounts where not the same.  but they did not investigate nothing so screw me and my money well im very sick and im in stage 4 cerrosis i eat a special diet to survive basically and this has messed me up with my food allowance and my health is at risk. 

Not only do i live on my SSI and struggle to eat and survive every month this has stressed me out to the limit im desperate for help.  Ive have stated my desparation for the need of my money to be put back into my account but they have lied over and over and over and i dont know what else to do.  and its both the bank and walmart online.  walmart does not know what the transaction is for so i dont understand why this is such a problem to have it removed and money returned.  One of the transactions i made was taken out on 12/13/14 and again on 12/28/14 and the way they have changed my dates and transactions on my monthly statements they have caused me to overdraft on my account because they allow transactions that i dont ok or confirm to clear my account. 

I s this legal i mean when i order on line i have to confirm my card account so why are they doing this without me okaying them to and its very  uncomfortable knowing they can keeep takeing my money and i could know nothing about it until my statement comes but theyll just modify that to is that illegal.   its sad that a bank i was given by SSI is totally ripping me off im not old im 45 but im ill and i dont know when ill be gone but id like to resolve this matter if it takes til my death i will fight for my money because im right and thats what i know to do.  they need to be reported to the government.   i shouldnt have to be filing complaints about these people but im sure im not the only one this has happened to so please if you can help me id be forever grateful.  god bless you and thanks so much for your services.
