"Dr." Edward Lestrade is a scam artist who is reportedly living and working out of his car in a slum outside of Riga, Latvia, but who has managed to concoct out of thin air the appearance that he is some kind of lawyer and project financeer for billions of Dollars or Euros.

"Dr." Edward Lestrade claims that he runs the "Online International Arbitration Court" that has the approval of the State of Wyoming, along with his "LLAGroupEurope" but both are nothing more than an LLC that Lestrade purchased online for a couple of hundred dollars and has no authority whatsoever in Wyoming to practice law or issue judgments. Any Latvian scam artist with a couple of hundred bucks could do the same thing in minutes.

But "Dr." Edward Lestrade then attempts to use this bogus front company to induce victims to spend thousands of dollars for "due diligence" fees for project financing, with his website claiming that such "due diligence" fees run from "USD1000 to USD250,000". Of course, what real financeer would want any "due diligence" from anybody in Latvia? Might as well ask for "due diligence" from a scam artist in Lagos, Nigeria, who will also tell you that they can arrange the following as "Dr." Edward Lestrade has done on his LinkedIn profile for his "Untad Global" (main webside since removed):

Yeah, and "Dr." Edward Lestrade probably has a bridge over the Baltic to sell you for "50 billion Euros" too! Run from this joker-broker clown.
