duty free depot Shipments Don't Arrive Internet

I've used Duty Free Depot for about five years, purchasing cigarettes and a few other items.  No problem until this summer.  The customer is advised to wait for a month for the shipment to arrive.  My order place in early June did not arrive but I waited two months.  I ordered another and the waiting period has come and gone without either of the two shipments arriving. 

The total amount of the checks was more than $600 and they were cashed.

I've made inquiries using email and telephone.  I've supplied them with details such as the order numbers.  I've tried to track both shipments through USPS but they end in New York with an enigmatic reference to the site of origin.  Emails are answered with a "Thank you for your interest and we'll get back to you."  (They don't.)

The phone number to contact them is a fake.  "Customer Service" gets nothing but a busy signal.  "Leave a Message" gets the response that your request is invalid.
