Sent email on Jan 28, 2007, to them because after multiple attempts at a phone call, I never got through. My son got through once, they gave him a tracking number that could not be tracked.

We have been unable to contact you via the phone and you fail to call us back when we leave a message. It has been since Dec 29 that the order was placed and you have failed to deliver any one of the three selections. Supposedly, a partial shipment was scheduled for this order but the tracking number provided is not valid for either FEDEX or UPS. Since you fail to effectively communicate with us on this shipment, I am requesting a full refund of the $223 for this order. Since you do not have any of these titles available for shipment, then there should be no re-stocking fee. I do believe that the 30 days that have past are more than adequate for you to satisfy this customer.

If you have updated information about this order, including the shipment, please contact myself or my son, Joey, on Tuesday, Jan 29, 2008. If we have not heard from you by 5:00 pm on Tuesday, then I will expect that the order will be cancelled and the refund immediately paid
