DVD Donkey Pirated DVD's, horrible quality, horrible packaging, no customer service AT ALL. SCAM! Regina Saskatchewan Canada

My girlfriend ordered the "Are You Afraid Of The Dark? TV Series The Complete Series" from www.dvddonkey.com. After ordering, she NEVER once received the package tracking number as promised.

After 2 days, she e-mailed DVD Donkey wondering if she could receive a tracking number. She never got a response. We couldn't find a single phone number or address for this company. Well a couple of weeks go by and she finally receives the package in the mail. When she opened the package, she come to find out that every DVD was pirated.

The DVD boxes were home-made with horrible printer quality. There were 3 DVD boxes with 6 discs each. Each box had a cheesy fake "Factory Sealed DVD Video" sticker on them. When we opened the first DVD box, each DVD had a very cheap white DVD label. Each one said "Are You Afraid Of The Dark?", a "DVD Video" symbol and a disc number. That's all. Well after being furious enough, we popped in the first disc. The quality of the picture was beyond horrible. We'd be better off watching these episodes on YouTube. No interactive menus, nothing. I've included a few links with pictures of the shipment she received at the end of this complaint.

Please everyone, DO NOT order from this website. The customer service does NOT exist and you will NOT be pleased with your order.
