I am awaiting delivery of 2 orders that were supposedly shipped on 14 September. I have tried to get the tracking numbers but on the 2 occasions I managed to speak to someone they said they would give me the numbers within 24 hours. The orders are number 251172 at $901.83 and the other order is 261235 at $353.26.
I have tried to speak to someone in there company and have telephone more than a 100 times but a recorded message just tell me to keep on holding as all line are busy. I trusted this company but now realise that the first order is outside paypal buyer protection period of 30 days so I have file non delivery for the second order with paypal which I hope to get my money back. However because of the status of the first order ($901.83) I must now seek legal advice if they fail to deliver both orders
