I've seen the ads. Over and over I've seen the ads. Plus I come here to try to give good advice to those who have been ripped off as I have, so I need to vent a bit, finally.

Now this is for the decent people out there.... The ones who can be hooked by the tactics of Empire to sign on the dotted line as long as they don't have to pay a decent price deserve to be had. It's like some sort of symbiotic parasitism doing business with Empire, but for the folks who think they are going to do the feeding, Guess what? They turn out to be the meal all the time, not having enough sense to know they are swimming with super sharks..

Seen the commercials? "I paid for this sliver of floor and I got all this instead!!! Am I a bargain hunter extraordinaire or what?!"

I paid for one room and they threw in two more!!!! FOR FREE!!! Plus they don't want any money for until maybe next YEAR!!!

Now I'm no Bernie Ranoff, but this smells like some sort of parasitic financing where Empire collects all these accounts receivable in order to expand big time. But while they do this, how creative are they in jacking up the interest rates, maneuvering the suckers, er payees, to in some way cause them to default on the agreement so they have to pay up in full?

If you drool when you see someone on TV say I paid for this much and I got all this without paying and say I deserve that also... then you deserve to sign on the dotted line....

And hop into the shark tank with the big boys.
