Esurance Trying to rip me off. Orlando Florida

I was with Esurance for 1 year and everything was fine. Never had a problem. They automatically deducted the bill of my account every month. It was very convivinet.

Then i recieve this letter stating that in my address their are several liscenced drivers that do not have insurance and needed to be added to the policy. It was my parents and my younger sister which only had a permit.

I figured since my parents already have coverage that it should be a mistake and I dismissed the letter and went about my life. It wasnt until i got the email witch told me the bill amount that I realized what a mistake that was. They were going to charge me $989.38 to my account.

I imediatly called esurance to find out why my bill was so high. The rep explained to me that since they had liscences they had to add them and their records showed that they had no insurance. I explained to them that they do have insurance and their records are wrong. She told me that I will have to pay the full amount anyways and then send them proof that they have insurance and they will credit me back.

I had a very funny feeling it was not going to work that way and plus rent was due that month so i could not afford it anyways. I called the bank and put a stop payment on them. I called esurance and told them what i did and they said i cant do that. I told them when they fix the bill i will be glad to take it off. In 24 hours they took my parents of the account but the bill only went down to $641. I called them back again to find out what was going on from a monthly bill of 219 to 641. They said i had to pay for the time that they were on the polocy. I told them about the stop payment and said that I will not pay a dime until they fix it. They said i needed proof that my parents had coverage for the time they were on the polocy. I faxed it over. A week later it went down to $439 and this time the email said i had to pay it or it will be cancelled. I again called them to find out why the hell they are still trying to over charged me. They explained that my under aged sister wasnt on my parents policy. I explained to them that was because of Florida State law does not require anybody with a permit to be inured. They told me that wasnt their company policy and by their policy i have to have her in my insurance. I told them to fix it or they are not getting a dime. The rep said he will do it.

Another week goes by and i get another email saying i still owe them $439. I called them again and they said they were working on it. i asked for a supervisor and they would put me on hold for 15 minutes or until i hung up. After that week i just went to another company which was cheaper a month and had none of those problems. I do not recoment esurance. They were probably expecting me just to bend over and let them stick me with what they wanted. It does not work that way.
