factoryoutletstore.com lied & misrepresented product Internet

A couple of weeks before Thanksgiving, I googled "Braun " & the first site that came up was factoryoutletstore.com. i click on it & searched for a ladies epilator/ shaver. I placed an order. About a month later, my old one broke, but I still hadn't received the new one. So I called them & this was the first I heard that it was backordered, but only for a few more days. Two weeks later, still not here. I call again. Still backordered, but even longer. I decide to look for something else on their site. After Christmas now, I change my order, no problem. Couple days later, it gets here. Finally, yay!

But it 's not what they described it as. The website specifically said it was an "epilator & shaver in one ". That 's what I was looking for & that 's why i ordered it. But it was just an epilator, not a shaver. I double check the website. Yup, that 's what it says. "Epilator & shaver in one ". So I call again. I explain what 's wrong with their description & that I want to return it & I don't want to pay to send it back. The chick tells me they won't charge me shipping to send a replacement model, but I 'll have to pay to return this one. I 'm too tired to realize yet that that 's not right, so I let her email me a return form. Later, I think that they should pay shipping on the return. I 'm not returning on a whim or because i changed my mind. I 'm returning it because it 's not what they said it was. I call AGAIN! Did i mention they 're all Indian when I call?! I have no idea what they 're saying & they have no idea what I 'm saying. My last name is 5 letters. It 's a pretty common name; it 's not Jones or Smith, but it 's pretty basic. I had to spell it out for them!

Anyway, I tell this guy to send me a shipping label. He says they don't do that. I 've had enough at this point, so I ask for his boss. He tells me he only works 9-5. Guess what? Me, too. I ask him to take a message & give him my number. He says he can't take a message. I ask him, " don't u have a pen & paper?! " he tells me they 're not allowed inside! WHAT?! I hung up & came here.
