FAIRBANKS CAPTIAL ripoff LOST PAYMENTS, REFUSAL OF PAYMENT, HARASSMENT, UNNESSARY FEES Salt Lake City Utah

My mortgage was originated with EQUIFIRST, which was a great company, I had no problems with this company. To my surprise I recieved a letter in the mail that FAIRBANKS CAPITAL CORP. had purchased my mortgage from EQUIFIRST. Therefore I sent my payment to the address that FAIRBANKS CAPITAL CORP. provided me with in their letter. Then I got a disturbing phone call stating that they haven't recieved my payment, I argued the fact because I sent my payment. Then I was asked where I sent my payment so I gave them the address and I was informed I had sent my payment to the wrong address! By this time my second payment was due.

At this time FAIRBANKS CAPITAL CORP. demanded both payments be paid in full, with late fees added on. So I agreed to do check by phone to my surprise there were additional fees for agreeing to pay by phone! Now I'm on tract for a while then another upset, I recieved my check for my Feb. payment back in the mail with a letter stating that they(FAIRBANKS CAPITAL CORP.) would NOT accept this payment because it was not in the full amount owed. I call FAIRBANKS CAPITAL CORP. they said that I owed Jan. and Feb. payment I disagreed and came to find out that a bank error(proven fact the bank sent a letter to FAIRBANKS CAPITAL CORP. stating their eror)caused my mortgage payment to be retuned. I sent three (3) payments to catch up once again. I started experienceing financial dificulties and called FAIRBANKS CAPITAL CORP. and told them that I didn't have the full payment and asked if i could pay half by the due date and the other half before the grace period ended they told me NO that they would not accept any payment unless it was in the full amount! At this time I am in serious jeopardy of loosing my home! I have made many phone calls in hopes of sending partial payments but FAIRBANKS CAPITAL CORP. continues to refuse.Now they want me to pay their attorney fees along with the payments. Any help from anyone would be most appereciated. I just want to save my home. I've got three lil' girls and my wife counting on me.
