As per our phone call 2 Sunday mornings ago At 10:26 am, as I have record of. You stated to me that you yourself would personally check into our disputes with your so called company.

To this date I have recieved a forbearance agreement that if I signed I would have already been in default... How stupid is that?? Next I finally recived the second copy of a statement that it would take a rocket scientist to figure out. Neither one of those match either. Then this week I recived the first statement in about 4 years from your company telling me I owe you 13,000 dollars by the middle of this month...

Do you actually think We have 13,000 Sitting around? How could I your company made it so that I have no good credit anymore. oh wait that is the big plan. Bring down everyones credit that you can so it will be easier to steal their homes that house their families out from under them... Now I get it... So sly

Here's my plan: Your company get's a real accountant that knows how to figure out the screwed up mess you have put us in. Also we make our payments to you so that our credit can be repaired after you people take all the negetivity off.

Then we get a new loan you get your money and we leave you alone. Sounds like a fair deal to me since you have already stole 41,000 from my family on a 53,000 loan..5 years ago, which you say we owe you 64,000 for a payoff. what a JOKE!!
