However, if there is a good company that you really like that comes out to fix something and you ask for that particular company to come out again, they will probably not be with them anymore. The more quality service companies more than likley don't want to be associated with them unfortunately, and the customers are the ones who wind up getting hurt.

I was with them for about four or five years and this is what happened each time I asked for the service agencies that I really liked to return. They could NEVER find them when they look back in your history. This just kept happening...
