 Or just admit that YOU never read the terms of service and ASSUMED that EVERYTHING is covered no matter what. Sorry but people like YOU are the reasons for denying claims!! YOU have ASSUMED that your situation is covered by the terms and conditions YOU agreed to, in doing so when it comes to light that YOUR ASSUMPTIONS are not correct, then THEY are the bad guys. How does that work exactly?? Are you perhaps mentally disabled?? Are YOU on heavy medication?? Those would be the only two things I can think of that would keep YOU from reading. I know its a bunch of small print but you STILL have to read WHAT you are paying for.
