First American Home Buyers Protection Big ripoff and I paid twice Van Nuys California

We bought our house a couple of years ago and got the fancy home warranty from First American Home Buyers Protection. Within the first year the Hot water tank went out on us, they sent someone out and the conrtactor replaced a part Paid $45 for service fee. But it was not holding any hot water for after the first 5 minutes. I replaced hot water tank after a couple of weeks after contractor came out. My lost $319.

Toward the end of the first year the water line that was inside my home that went to the shop broke and flooded my basement, called them up to have it fixed and they said the contractor could not come out for about a week. No way! a week, I could not wait for a week with out water (no running water) I had to drive out in the ice and snow to get the parts to cap it off. My lost $2.49 and no water to my shop.

Second year lost power to a few of my electrical plugs in the living room, Called them to get power restored into the living room. Contractor came out and could not figure out what the issue way $45, well no power to the living room outlets, o'well.

Now the dishwasher is shot, they sent repair man out to fix the issue, they cam out and had to order the part. Week later he came out and fixed. $45 Also the heater is not putting out heat and making loud noises, they sent out a heater repair man and he checked out the system and cleaned out the air filters $45.

Home warranty to going out in the next couple of days, and my dishwasher is shot again and I am washing by hand and in the mornings I am using the kitchen stove for heat, NICE!!!

It looks like I am going to have to pay for a new dishwasher $399 and have someone look at my heater again, who know how much I have to pay him. I might have to go with out a heat and dishwasher untill I can afford them.
