First American Home Buyers Protection ripoff Will not honor home warranty. Van Nyus California

First American Home Buyers Protection Ripoff !!! We purchased a home with a home warranty and felt safe in doing so. Not so!!! The duct work in our attic for the heat and air conditioning is falling apart. We called the warranty company and they sent a technician out to look at it. He reported to them, the duct work is falling apart and has to be replaced. They denied the claim,we called back for a second opinion, same thing. We called again, were told to have a third opinion from a person of our choice. Same thing, all technicians agree, our duct work is falling apart, and needs to be replaced. Our claim is still denied. First the company said they do not cover insulation, the second time they said they don't cover the wrapping around the insulation or something like that. They just don't want to pay. We were told if this is not repaired, our duct work will start to sweat, and our ceiling will get wet and cave in. Who do you think will have to pay that???? Our duct work is one piece duct work, like flexible hose, they don't seem to understand that. I have taken pictures and have sent them.
