I had an account with them they told me to pay 31.71 and that would close the account and i wouldnt have ro worry about it again. Then, i would be able to open up a new account and my funds would be available the next day. Well they took my whole check which i deposited 120.00 and told me that it was charged off. They also told me that i didnt use the other account so im not understanding why did i have a balance if i never used the account and why would they just take my money like that.
