This company offered me a way to improve my credit rating. I accepted their offer not knowing I was being over billed with excessive fraudualnt late fees, over limit fees, processing fees and overall a bad card. I asked if they had a hardship program like all other cards in america and was told FNBM does not participate in these types of programs. now why would a company who cares so much about their customers not have a program in place to protect them in the event of an emergency?

This company is a peice of crap and has ruined my credit with their fraudulant activites, fees and charges.

Bad thing about it is that you are stuck until they are paid which could be never with all the crap they tack onto your bill very week.
