First National Credit A very misleading company. Say that they'll give you $15,000 in credit! B.S.! Aliso Viejo California

First National Credit will send you a letter saying that you're qualified for $15,000 in credit. For a standard processing you'll send $37, but for express processing $43. It turns out that it is for some lame-@$$ merchandise. The $15,000 credit limit goes towards this crapola merchandise. You have to pay for a certain percentage of whatever you want. This was NOT what I was looking for. I called them up and told them that I was not interested in their merchandise and that I wanted a refund of my $43. They told me that I had to send the entire packet back at my expense. I sent it out the next day. I didn't get a response for a month. I fax them a letter explaining that I wanted my refund. A month went by before I got a check for $37. So if you have any unresolved problems with this bogus company, call their 800 number. The recording will say that they are only assisting customers that enter their account number. When they do ask for it type in "3715" and that should let you chew off someone's head or get something accomplished. Heather Howell, Michigan
