I bought knit-top on June 15, 2002. When I got home, I washed it. it's hand wash because on the side of the cloth says that so I just follow the rule. The material run after I washed it. Then right away I returned it and asked them to change it but they refused it. they said they couldn't accept it. I was so dissatisfied with it. I just bought it and I couldn't wear it. This company is not suppose to sell clothes that can cause fade (run of color).

Check Another Forever 21 Location

AUTHOR: Niki - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, August 09, 2004

I have been shopping at Forever 21 since the first one opened in Maryland (maybe 3 years ago). I am positive that all the Forever 21 stores that I shop at allow returns; however, you cannot get your money back. You can exchange the item or receive a store credit. The only items that are nonreturnable are undergarments, accessories, and party wear. Party wear is variable, but the sales associates always inform you before they ring it up party wear items to give you a chance to change your mind. I have never had a problem returning anything. I would suggest if this problem arose again to attempt to return the item to another Forever 21 location if the item is not party wear.

Great Deals ..I know it's low-quality stuff.

AUTHOR: Carly - (Canada)

POSTED: Tuesday, July 29, 2003

In May, I went shopping at the first Canadian Forever 21 (in the West Edmonton Mall). I couldn't believe the prices- $20 for a minikilt, $13 for a jersey tank top, $22 for a sweatervest, etc. I got five shirts and a minikilt for under $100 Canadian (~$75 US).

Of course I know it's low-quality stuff. However, it's way cuter and funkier than other similarily-priced items here in Canada. I carefully hand wash everything in cold water and follow the drying directions.

I'm sorry you had a bad experience, but for the price I paid I was happy to wear these items once, and VERY happy to see they survived being hand-washed. You truly get what you pay for, ESPECIALLY in a store that clearly posts their NO RETURNS EVER policy.

check first.

If you would have noticed in the first place, Forever 21 sells clothes at cheap prices for a reason. They're cheap clothes, period.

Second, they have never accepter returns or exchanges. It says so at the store. Your circumstance was no different than any other situation, in their eyes.

Read first. Saves a lot of trouble.

Look for the manufacturer...

AUTHOR: anti - ()

POSTED: Thursday, June 20, 2002

Look for the manufacturers name on the little tag on the cloth. After findinig the name, look up the company's address/phone on the Web. Manufacturers are much more likely to help with this problem, than the store. Different stores have different refund policies reagarding defective products, usually wriggling out of responsibility.
