ABSOLUTELY LAUGHABLE TECH SUPPORT. LIKE CALLING PAKISTAN IN 1992 FOR WINDOWS TECH SUPPORT.
THEY ONLY KNOW HOW TO DO ASK TWO QUESTIONS.- HAVE YOU UPDATED YOUR SOFTWARE?

WE WROTE TO THE CEO....TWICE...OUR EMAIL WAS NOT EVEN ACKNOWLEDGED.. SO WE CALLED BACK....OH I WILL SEND AN EMAIL AND HAVE SOMEONE GET BACK TO YOU. AT THE CONLCUSION OF YOUR CALL IT SAYS THERE WILL BE SHORT SURVEY..AFTER THIS INCOMETANT PERSON COULDNT TACKLE MY TECH QUESTION AFTER PUTTING ME ON HOLD, HE WAS ABLE TO DISCONNECT THE CALL.
IF YOU NEED THE CEOS EMAIL....

YOU have the wealth of mankinds knowledge currently AT YOUR FINGERTIPS, yet YOU cant figure out something on your GPS?? Sounds to me that YOU are just looking for something to whine about. YOU dont even state an issue just that YOU got disconnected while making a phone call. Boo freaking h*o get over it and yourself there princess. It happens. NOT A RIPOFF!!!! Just YOUR ignorance and nothing more. As for some 400 complaints against Garmin, well that is NOTHING when you factor in how many they have sold and how many happy customers they have. ANYONE can go online and WHINE about anything they like, YOU are proof of that. It doesnt mean that the company is "bad" or a "ripoff". It just means some ignorant mouth breather has found a issue and has chosen to go online and make a mountain out of a molehill. Just like you.
