Hi
I'm Nicole Salerno. I got a loan from ge capitol to pay my dentist bill. I did not pick them. My dentist put it through for me. I started out owing them like $2500.00 or so. I now owe them something like 3200.00.
every month they are charging me finance fees, charge gaurd insurance fees, late fees, even when not late. each fee is about 40.00 to 45.00 dollars on each bill. I just went online to see if i can pay my bill online and I took notice that they have ripped some other people off.
what can i do about it? someone help me please. i am a single mother and i cannot afford to be ripped off.

Approximately 8 years ago i secured a loan from this company and have found out that the company failed to report it to the credit bureau. This has caused me to have a credit report with no auto credit listed. This loan that i had with your company was paid off 2 years ago and should show up on my credit which shows that you failed to report the credit.

This has caused me to have a credit report with no auto credit listed.
