GE Capitol edward foster, ripoff.internet loan. Florida

 i applyed for an internet loan. was contacted about 100 times by this company to accept the loan. finally after about a week of phone calls i finally agreed to hear their offer.they offered me a loan of 3000 dollors, with my monthly payments being 145.00 for 22months.they then informedme that mycredit was not good enough to allow them to deposit themoney into my account, so i needed to get 3prepayed visa cards so the money could be loaded onto them. i did so. then the following day i was informed that because of my credit i needed to have insurance for the loan. which would cost 260.00. which i paid.via a greendot money pak card. then the following day i recieved a call from them again saying that somehow greendot made a mistake and issued the same card numbers to two different cards, and that in order to be able to release the money to me they would need another 260.00. that it wasnt GE CAPITOLs mess up it was greendots. i asked them to refund me the 260 i had already paid them. well a few days went by...when i was contacted by a person claiming that they were an attorney, and that charges were being filed against me for internet fraud. needless to say i am at a loss for words. and do not know what to do. or how to go about getting my money back.
