GENERAC Generac advertised a ten year warranty if you bought their product Waukesha Wisconsin

I did buy a Generac generator, almost $5000.00 plus install was another $2k. I submitted their form and proof of purchase. They rejected me with an across the board rejection letter, they probably send to everyone.  Although I did prove I bought and paid for their system, they claimed I did not.  They obviously lost some or all of my submitted papers and then when I called customer service they said, "Do you have a tracking number, as if I had sent my papers FedEx or Priority Mail, but I did not think they were so dishonorable.  That was my fault. In the future when dealing with all Corporate entities, I will remember, how, dishonesty is the main policy, which I have been shown by dealing with those liars at GENERAC.  They do not honor their Warranty so get a better generator somewhere else.
