Global cash card Global cash card still my money Irvine California

Dunia dover new jersey.....I'm reporting a global cash card for the day 01/26/2015 they debited my card me 260 dollars on two occasions calling them to explain to me that the debit they claim that I did an operation for 400 dollars but only debited took me 140 dollars this operation was the day 12/23/2014 and besides I made another operation for 260 dollars which never Realize and also are not in my statement I have called over 10 times and would not solve anything I think is somewhat unfair to rob me money that way and do not care to fix the problem fearing that I keep taking money from my account.
