Worst company ever, my work issues these VISA cards, I had part of my check deposited to this and used it as a Christmas savings.The card number was stolen online and emptied out in the course of a month( its saving so I dont check it often).But realized and reported with 40 days of first fraud activity and within hours of the last fraudulent charge.. I filed a report with their dispute dept after spending 8 hours on the phone btwn getting bounced around being put on hold ect. I filed a police report and jumped through all the hoops they requested and was DENIED reimbursement even though the reps told me it was obvious that these were not charges I made and that I would get back everything stolen w/n 45 days.....I now have to send a written request asking why someone was allowed to steal $1250 from my supposedly protected VISA debit card. My bank of America number was hacked at the same time, but they denied the fraudulent charges and immediately notified me, these clowns are just the worst of what is out there, stay away go with a reputable bank.So much for VISA protection.

We have attempted to contact you multiple times at the phone number that we have on file however we have not been able to speak with you. As we have stated in the previous response, a number of your disputed transactions have been verified by Visa and based on that outcome we have sent you a letter stating that no credits will be provided. As a courtesy we have contacted the other merchants for the remaining transactions. They have 45 days to respond with proof of valid transaction. Please contact me directly at 888-220-4477 ext. 315 and I will be happy to assist you.

Im looking at the letter sent from Global cash card, it clearly states:
The investigation has been finalized and we've determined no errors were made. No credit will be issued"
NOTHING about an ongoing case,or waiting for Visa to respond. When I call Im told no information can be given to me that I must mail a written request asking why my claim has been denied (which I have done) Sounds more like theyre simply responding hoping Ill get frustrated and stop pursuing. I've attached a copy of the letter, showing nothing close to what they state in their response.
