I lost my home to foreclosure, after encounters of attempts with this company, fees, non applied payments, inspection fees, reporting fees, and on and on. They GMAC are a big company with other small companies. they are big and profitable at the consumers expense. I have researched and done a great deal of documentation, and I know it's a matter of time when all comes to a head. remember other BIGGER companies have fallen, one in particular, and it started fallen from the TOP, and not the BOTTOM.
