GMAC REFUSED A CASH DEAL THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN GOOD FGR BUYER, SELLER, AND GMAC Irivne California

I do not understand and niehter does anyone else why when the country is in this state and companies like GMAC are not willing to help up get out of this economic state! I had a buyer with a CASH deal that was ready to go and at the last minute GMAC's loss mitigation department decided that they would not take the deal.....they have a GOD COMPLEX that I hape takes them down!! They are destroying lives,lives and the thought they we are all trying to work together to better the situation....They are not!!!!I will loose the buyer they will end up with - a forecosure -no buyer-and will have to sit on it for who knows how long --meanwhile the ranch will fall into disrepair because they are too greedy and godlike but in the end we will all loose!!!! It makes no longer believe in the USA as being a land where people help one another because corporate America does not help us at all!!!!!!!!!I will have lost everything at 50.....I hope they are happy and I hope that they never get a buyer because unless they are willing to negotiate they noever will............This was my dream ranch and will never ever ever do business with anything that is even remotely related to GMAC......and will tell everyone I can I think ofGMAC WHICH IS THAT THEY ARE THE SCUM OF THE EARTH!!!!!!!!!!
