GMAC representatives do not try to help people who have lost their jobs and try to make arrangements to lower their payment or request a deferment. Customer Service is inept calling multiple times day and night. GMAC is breaking the backs of the people who are trying to make arrangements to handle their obligation.
Why is no one at GMAC willing to help?

Does anyone really believe they lost 15.5 billion as reported last week. The auto, mortgage and credit card industries are deceptive with terms, rates and conditions. Why are they breaking the backs of the American people with deceptive practices?

The American worker built GMAC - why can't you help us now!

After paying 40k on the vehicle I only wanted to lower the payment on the remaining 9k to be able to pay it off. No help from them, come get it!

National General Insurance SafeGuard Casualty.Com Inc GMAC I was quoted an amount to begin with and within the first month, the payment went up $25, then another $15. I'm basically back at the rate I was at before I switched to what I thought was a better priced policy. So much time spent getting quotes and switching insurance and now I have to begin again. I am just thankful I didn't set up auto draft because who knows what this company would have just taken from me if they had the option! I tried contacting the agent that sold me the policy and he was extremely rude and unprofessional telling me fight another battle as a struggling single mother on a strict budget upping my policy by over $40 a month is a BIG deal to me!
