Green Tree ripoff Garden Grove Cailfornia

My husband and I bought a moblie home in 1996, when they first brought to our land , it wasnt even how we ordered it. We would have had to wait 4 more weeks for a new one,but i couldnt , I just sold my house in town and the lady wanted to move in, or I could have paid her rent for another month, Not !So we are stuck with it the way it was. My loan was for 29,999,00... I put down 8,000.00 and my monthly payment is 209.45 I just pay insurance by the year through some one else. I still owe 17,602.20 after 8 years !!!! So h**l yeah were getting rip off !!! My intertest is 10.9 % thats not too high, but high enough.........
So where is the money going to?
My home is in Arkanas, I live in CA.. I now only use it as a vaction home. But I will call tehm after this to ask a whole lot of questions.
