Guardsman Denided service request sent in request no responce sent it again denided because of time limit 4999 36th , Michigan

  Guardsman 5 year GOLD Furniture protection plan on my office chair . I called in April for service on the chair sent in the request never heard back form them so I contacted them again and make a second request . This time they told me it's not covered because the 30 day has passed and the repair is not covered because of time .

  It works great for them , they got my money don't respond then when I call and make another request for service they deny the claim because of the time has expired . It's a 5 year plan not a 5 or 30 day plan so beware of them . I'll never buy another extended warranty protection plan from these rip off Guardsmen or Their parent Co. VALSPAR again  they don't cover a thing . And will not So beware of them
