HABAND very poor quality merchandise - scammed me on the shipping and double charged me Jessup Pennsylvania 18434-1834

To be short and sweet,  I am on a fixed income, and this kind of thing hurts.  After talking with a Haband representative, I ordered two pairs of slax-with the proviso that if they needed to be returned I would get a FULL REFUND. (She didn't tell me that was only a refund for the merchandise itself, not the shipping!)  When they arrived, the sizes were incorrect and the material was very poor quality.  I called to return them, and the individual said to simply pack them up and use the return label.  In FINE PRINT on the label it says the company will charge $9.99 for the return.  Not happy but did the return.  BUT! As I waited for my full return to be credited to my card, I received a $9.99 debit for the return postage.   Then, a week later, I received my credit, but they kept the shipping original shipping charge of $5.99.  Every time I called the company after the initial transaction, I would get someone with a very heavy accent, no information, and was always led to believe that every cent I paid them would be refunded.  They obfuscated the issues and always acted a bit "furtive" when it came to my questions and how things were going to be handled.  Best case scenario is HORRIBLE customer service, but moreover, THEY LIED TO ME; A TOTAL SCAM!
