Hartford Scientific/ L' Envi Sales Pitch for $4.95.Got it. They sent more, charged my Credit Card for $94.99 & $94.95=$189.94 Martinez Georgia

 Wish to report a scam. I placed an order for the L'Envi Anti-Aging Eye cream advertised on TV for $4.95. They sent me a bottle of it & a jar I didn't know I was getting called L'Envi Age Defying cream. I used it & broke out all over my face & neck. I was not going to use it anymore. Then I received another package soon after with one of each in it. I did not order this & there was no mention or statement saying they were sending more unless I cancel. My credit card was charged $94.99 for the Venile Anti Aging Cream Info @Ventiletr GA., plus $94.95 for the Wrinkle8003983935 800-3983955 GA. I have tried to contact the company with no success to have it sent back for a refund to no avail.
