iOffer Never Delivered Merchandise San Francisco Nationwide

I ordered a shirt through iOffer’s platform.  The seller never delivered the shirt.  iOffer continues to send you status emails showing the item has shipped to keep you waiting.  Finally, after a couple months of the item not being delivered, I tried to get help on their platform.  They cut off your ability to communicate with the seller after 60 days which is the only way they allow you to request a refund.  When you try to request support from iOffer, they simply send you canned responses over and over telling you to dispute the charge with your credit card company.  iOffer, in my opinion, is facilitating scam vendors ripping off consumers.
