ioffer Fraudulent business practices Internet

I have been strung along for 4 months now waiting on an order- of course, now it is past the timeframe for submitting a dispute. The seller no longer responds and most shockingly, ioffer refuses to hold the seller accountable or take any action. ioffer conspires with sellers to defraud consumers.
