ioffer they provide fraudulent tracking numbers pay pal is not on your side. Internet

I bought a bunch of stuff from ioffer. They were very slow in shipping it out. When 2 months went by i filed a dispute through pay pal. Suddently a few packages began to show up. Then i would recieve emails from paypal about the few packages i had recieved. Finally when it came down to the last package i never recieved it. Paypal took another month to tell me that they are still investigating the matter.

Finally paypal says they have proof that i recieved the last package. I called the post office to ask about it because i know for a fact that i did not recieve any package and i sure as hell didnt sign for one. Post office told me that they show that someone recieved and signed for it. I was home on the day that they said it was delieved. That package was never delievered. So i don't know how they can say it was delievered with signature confirmation. Paypal seems to be in on the scam IMO.
